Sarib is a student at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), specializing in Economics and Business Administration. With experiences in venture capital, corporate governance, and strategy through his roles at CORPRT TenkeTank, Fromber, and various internships, he drive strategic initiatives at Nemoest, focusing on growth and ensuring the company's solutions are both innovative and commercially viable.

With a Master's degree in AI and machine learning from the University of Oslo, Bendik plays a key role in the research and development, evaluation and maintanance of our AI-driven systems. In his master thesis Bendik investigated how to train reinforcement learning agents that are capable of acting intelligently in new, unseen environments by means of generalization. Insights drawn from his studies and experience will be essential for building reliable, state-of-the-art legal AI systems.
